Here at Friars Air & Plumbing, we do plumbing. However if we get busy then there is a company that refer out. And that company is Colepepper Plumbing.
They have been in business since 2014 and we originally met the owner, Mitch through an online Facebook community.
Mitch and Colepepper sometimes ask for our advice because they are considering getting into the HVAC side of things.
Similar to Friars, Colepepper’s plumbers are background checked, licensed, drug tested and insured, so you can feel safe when one enters your home.
Mitch, the owner is a 3rd generation plumber. He is originally from Denver, CO where his Grandfather and Father were both plumbers. Mitch moved to San Diego in 2013 to get a break from the snow and a new life at the beach.
He learned how to plumb in the old Denver homes which he says are way more difficult to plumbing in than most of the track homes in San Diego. So you can know that he has great experience and can handle any job.
They cover all of San Diego and do any type of plumbing repairs and replacements including: drain cleaning, water heaters, garbage disposals, toilets, emergencies etc.
Otherwise here at Friars Air, we will handle all of your plumbing needs.
