What a great company! You can tell by the incredible employees. I needed to get both a new AC and Heating unit. They educated me so that I had options and learned what I needed vs. what I didn't need aka helping me save a lot of money! Friars was fantastic. I took a long time to decide what to do with our house because we needed everything: a new furnace and new AC, and I was stunned at the sticker shock of all the estimates I had. Everyone suggested mini splits for our house, but Alex and Carlos really took the time to explain both the benefits and downsides to all the different options. The entire time, they were professional, kind, and patient with me as I asked a myriad of (ignorant) questions, which they patiently answered without making me feel dumb. I feel like I got an entire education on HVAC systems! We are very happy with all the strong communication, their pride in workmanship, and their professional work and communication. They respected our time, our hesitation to spend all that money, and our property. In the end, we are super glad we went with them because we feel they take so much pride in their work and it seems like they will stand behind it. And you should see their work! It's really pretty! Wow!! A+ 5 Stars ⭐️ We got a brand new ac installed and furnace moved up to attach. Friars team was AMAZING! From the first consult to the end of service installation. Rick was super polite and informative regarding the system. Friars was the first quote we received and I cancelled all appts after with other companies. They are professional, polite and provide a quote on the spot. That following week they came to install and regardless of some hiccups, they finished as promised in 2 days. They made sure everything was cleaned and put back after the installation. They are veteran owned and provided military discount for my husbands service!! Would definitely recommend and use Friars again for heating and cooling!!
